More than 5,400 Registrations
As a Relief Teacher wanting Temporary or Contract Teaching Appointments and or a School or Staffing Coordinator wanting to book Temporary Teachers all that is required is spend a few minutes to register either as a relief teacher or a school. On completion of your registration you will receive via your email a login name and password, this will enable you to begin to use the system. When booked you receive a 2-way SMS message which you receive and confirm. |
To enable all schools and teachers to gain confidence and understanding with the easy to use step-by-step process of the findateacher system application is at no cost.
Once schools begin booking teachers a booking fee of $9.90 is relevant for each relief teacher booking.
Upon receipt of the documents needed to be submitted by relief teachers for verification a verification-processing fee of $53.90 ($49 + 10%GST) is required to cover the verification costs. Applicants with a nominated "Promotion Code" have their verification fees waived. They are still required to forward their documents as required for verification.
Registration as a teacher with the relevant state authority is a legal requirement to teach in all jurisdictions in Australia except New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. In these states other provisions are in place. Prospective Relief Teachers are encouraged to refer to the websites of the relevant state authorities for requirements.
Upon receipt of the verification fee and documents as required by various education authorities your teachers accounts are activated and schools are able to book immediately. School's accounts are activated immediately on registration.
