SMS System Terms and Conditions
The SMSinbulk service is provided by a Supply Partner and SMSinbulk expressly disclaims any liability to any person or corporation in respect of anything done or omitted to be done arising out of or in reliance to any part of this service.
SMSinbulk endeavours to ensure that the SMS functionality is normally available 24 hours a day. It may, however, suspend access to this site without notice at any time and accepts no liability for any consequences from the site being unavailable for any reason.
Any organisation or individual using this facility either as an individual or organisation accept responsibility for the payment of the messages as in accordance to the terms and conditions within.
Any organisation or individual registering to use this facility hereby by agreeing with these terms and conditions confirm that all details given are true and correct including details if given of credit card particulars which have been voluntarily given for the purpose of charges against it for services requested.
In addition any organisation or individual registering to use this facility hereby authorise findateacher to debt their credit card and or direct debt particulars which have been voluntarily given with all appropriate charges.The SMS service is a two way messaging system and is charged as two communication components per message.
If a message is longer than 80 characters, whether because of content or the length of the recipient's name, there will be a charge for sending a second message.All packages have an expiry period of 2 mths and once purchased are not valid for refund.
Credit Card and or payment arrangements including direct debit accounts will automatically be charged and debted when the account is due.
Interest and penalty rates will be activated on late payments or arrangements outside these terms and conditions. SMSinbulk can provide a download service in relation to the entry of recipients details.
The rates for these services are available on request.
All prices quoted are AUD Australian Dollars and are GST Exclusive
We may provide recommendations as suggestions only and orgaisations need to be aware that they are totally responsible for the decision making for their site and or organisation.
While we may give advise or suggestions we take no responsibility for decisions made by organisations and the effectiveness of these decisions.
We consider every site,application and organisation unique and local knowledge and considerations have to be taken into account when making these decisions whose responsibility lies solely on the decision makers themselves.
SMSinbulk is aware of the issues related to the inappropriate use of sms messages and has a random monitoring policy in relation to this.
SMSinbulk is developing ways the system can alert of inappropriate use.

Any information collected in secure school sms accounts is governed by our privacy policy.
Conditions of use are consistent with and include any local or national government legistlation and laws and provisions as applicable and organisations using the SMSinbulk system or its associated systems are bound by these.
SMSinbulk and its partners reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without notice at its discretion at any time.
