Reliability Rating:
To enable schools to have the most efficient and reliable system findateacher has included a 5 Tick Reliability Rating for each teacher.
The 5 ticks can be seen near the teachers name on their profiles.
Teachers that always confirm a booking request with "Yes" hold a 5 Tick Reliability Rating.
If a "No" is recorded one tick is lost. To regain the lost tick that teacher subsequently needs to score another 5 bookings with a "Yes" to regain the 5 Tick Reliability Rating.
A "No" responce can be avoided by having an accurate profile and an up to date availability calendar.
The Reliability Rating is consistent in ensuring that the findateacher system operates as efficiently and economically as possible for all users.
