School Information Terms and Conditions 

www.findateacher.com.au is an automated booking system and relies on registered users to take all precautions and due diligence in the selection of prospective teachers.

• As part of the registration process teachers are required to provide copies of their current teachers registration certificates and authority to teach in the respective states they wish to teach in eg Authority to TRT in South Australia and Queensland Registry Card.
• Although registered teachers have provided these to us as part of the verification process it remains the responsibility of schools to undergo their own due diligence process. Registered teachers have been asked to have these available for sighting when reporting for duty.
• Registered schools can view these documents in the teacher profile for easy verification
• Schools are able to locate suitable teachers by searching our data bases and obtaining a match. It remains the school responsibility to provide accurate search criteria and to then choose carefully the teachers they book.
• The SMS Notification Service is provided by a Supply Partner and findateacher expressly disclaims any liability to any person or corporation in respect of anything done or omitted to be done arising out of or in reliance to any part of this service.
• Findateacher endeavours to ensure that the SMS functionality is normally available 24 hours a day. It may, however, suspend access to this site without notice at any time and accepts no liability for any consequences from the site being unavailable for any reason.

School fees and charges

www.findateacher.com.au is a national booking system based on extensive data bases and search engines and does incur costs. It is our policy to keep these at a minimum. Our system saves time and resources. The amount of savings made particularily in time and possibly the utilisation of lesser paid staff as a consequence of using this system makes our pricing very reasonable.

• Registration is at no cost to schools.
• SMS calls made as a result of the booking process are at no cost to the school.
• Schools booking a Teacher incur a small fee fo $9.90 for every day a teacher is booked depending on their level of usage.
• During promotion periods where the first 10 bookings are at no cost to schools subsequent booking fees apply at a very reasonable $9.90 per booking per day. (You may want to refer to the "You Asked" section at the bottom of the Web Site.)
• This applies to bookings made and confirmed by SMS or those made and contacted via the alternative phone system.
• Special introduction Membership honeymoon packages are available for new school registrations.

Invoicing and accounts

• Schools as part of the registration and verification process supply billing details where accounts are to be issued.
• When initial one day bookings are extended or other days booked schools are responsible to update records through the system as if that booking is another booking. Relief Teachers booked will also have the responsibility to renew their bookings on the system.
• The system does cross-match and consequences such as deregistration can occur in these situations if bookings are not processed as according to the terms and conditions outlined.
• Schools will be invoiced monthly on 14 day accounts. 

Schools registering and using the system agree to and are bound by these terms and conditions.
